Reviews
very helpful
I took the test 3 times and didn’t get it. Worked with Dustin in four sessions and passed it the next try.
Solid review of topics, need to correct mistakes and finish lessons on time
I appreciated the coursework, the extra practice questions, and the note sheets that you’d made available during the extent of the summer. However if individuals are going to continue to pay $1200 for this, then you absolutely need to address the many mistakes and typos in the notes. It eats up valuable time. There also could be room for improvement in completing lessons on time so topics do not carry over in to another session in the next week. You left an entire sheet of extra questions on the table without a walkthrough for us. The story-telling could be left for examples if someone has a question about a certain topic in the future as well. Really appreciate the broad scope of everything though. Going over the calculations is obviously time consuming, but that is one thing that I would say absolutely continue to cover in detail. Thank you again.
Response from Smarter Sparky
Thank you for the feedback, Alec. This is absolutely the kind of feedback I need. All of the known typos in the note sheets have been fixed for the next round of classes. Scheduling will be changed to eliminate overlap in topics over multiple nights. Specifically the motors night is what seems to have created the cascading overlap. To remedy this, the motors night has been streamlined to get it to fit in one night. The answer key for the extra practice sheet was in the final email, which was sent the morning after our final class. -Dustyn
